Requirements
Rental Terms & Requirements
To secure your yard space, the following documentation and financial commitments are required.
Documentation Needed
- References required upon application.
- 6 months bank statements for proof of income.
Financial Commitments
- Rent Advance: 3–6 months required (depending on yard size chosen).
- Yard Deposit: Equal to 1 month's rent required.
- Booking Fee: Online refundable booking fee of £250 required.
Mandatory Cover
Insurance Requirements
All tenants must hold adequate insurance before accessing any yard space on site.
Proof of Public Liability Insurance
Tenants must provide a valid certificate of public liability insurance before they can access the yard. This cover protects both you and our site in the event of injury or property damage arising from your activities on the premises.
Minimum Cover
A minimum of £5,000,000 public liability cover is required for all yard rentals.
Before Access
Your certificate must be submitted and verified before keys or gate codes are issued.
Keep It Current
Cover must remain valid for the full duration of your tenancy and be renewed as needed.
No insurance, no access. Tenants without a valid public liability certificate on file will not be permitted to enter or operate within the yard.
